Dr. S. Benjamin Brown Sr. is a seasoned preacher, ministry strategist, scholar, and church leader whose life reflects a deep commitment to serving God, strengthening the Church, and equipping others for effective ministry. His influence spans local, national, and international ministry, with decades of experience in leadership, evangelism, church governance, and development.

Throughout his ministry, Dr. Brown has served the Church of God in Christ in numerous leadership capacities. His appointments have included strategist for the Office of the Presiding Bishop, Chairman of the Selection Commission for the Florida Eastern Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Chairman of Jurisdictional Presidents of Evangelism, and, most recently, Co-Contributor and Editorial Committee Member for the Newly Revised Official Manual of the Church of God in Christ.

Dr. Brown currently serves as Administrative Assistant to Bishop Wayne Aaron Robbins Sr. of the Ontario United Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, Director of Missions for the Island of Guam, and an International Evangelist for the Church of God in Christ. His ministry experience also extends beyond the denomination, including service as a consultant for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association.

Committed to both spiritual and academic growth, Dr. Brown has studied at Villa Julie College, Harvard Divinity School’s Leadership Institute, Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, and the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University. He also received an honorary Doctor of Ministry degree from A.B.G. Theological Seminary & Alliance. Professionally, he has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a drug safety specialist in pharmacovigilance.

At the heart of Dr. Brown’s life is his love for God and family. He shares his life and ministry with his wife, Evangelist Tracey R. Beckley-Brown, and is a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

As Pastor of Faith Temple Church of God in Christ, Dr. Brown brings a wealth of ministry experience, leadership, scholarship, and a heart for God’s people as we move together into a new season of ministry and purpose.
