"Missions"

Missions is a part of the history of Faith Temple and were instituted when the church started in March 1955.

Our first pastor, Bishop H. W. Goldsberry was deeply concerned about missions. His mission work took him as far as Ghana West Africa with the gospel helping people there.

We have many mission groups here at Faith Temple. These ministries help to bring souls to Christ, especially our jail ministry where as many as thirty or forty people may accept Christ in one meeting.

You are invited to come and join us as we seek to lift up Christ to the world or you need a closer walk with God or if you desire to become involved in the work of the Lord. May God Bless you.

FAITH TEMPLE CHURCH OF GOD IN CHRIST HOME AND FOREIGN DEPARTMENT is group of Men and Women endeavoring to bring souls to Christ and teach them how to live holy.

We are called of God, chosen by Him to teach the Word.

We teach ministers, missionaries, and anyone who desire to study the Word. We also teach and train those who desire to become missionaries to teach the Word, to encourage and uplift, to help people to grow in grace on a daily basis. To pray for the sick that they may be healed, delivered and set free.

We conduct revivals and put on special programs.

There is no age limit, however; when we have younger students, we provide a teacher for them in a separate class. All young people are welcome.

This training is conducted on a weekly basis.

We meet each Wednesday at 11:00 AM to 12:30 AM

We end each meeting with Prayer, praying for those that are sick in our meetings and those that are confined to their homes or other places. We pray for all people everywhere. Souls are saved and healed in our meetings.

Hot Lunch is served each Wednesday after each meeting.

Everyone is invited
